Damaged or Defective Goods
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any of your apparel item(s) appear damaged or defective to you in some way, let a team member know and we will replace the item(s) at no cost to you.
Who do I need to contact?
Send an email to email@example.com, with a brief note including your order number, a picture of the damaged or defective good(s), and your preferred shipping address. Please allow at least 3 to 5 business days for an appropriate response.
